Dear students, friends and family:
With deepest sorrow, I must announce that our beloved teacher, one of my dearest and closest friends of nearly 50 years, has died. We are all still reeling from this devastating loss. Dottie was an amazing friend; a stunningly talented dancer and choreographer; and a passionate and caring teacher. I cannot imagine the world without her light, though I know the world is brighter still that she existed in it.
Dottie, there are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in our hearts. Namaste.
-- Cathy
